In 2007, Northview Hotel Group established NVHG Management, LLC, a subsidiary company whose purpose is to provide hotel management services for hotels acquired by Northview and its partners. NVHG Management, LLC is led by David Zeuske, who was most recently responsible for managing a portfolio of over 15 upscale hotels for Tarsadia Hotels, based in Newport Beach, CA.

The Northview team now comprises a core group of seasoned industry veterans, focused on a very limited number of assets. While each individual has previously been responsible for overseeing multiple hotels and projects, we are involved with just a handful of key assets, so each principal has the time to get personally involved in the details of every deal.

Northview Hotel Group provides a full array of services to its joint venture partners, including the following:

  • Deal Sourcing
  • Acquisition Due Diligence
  • Contract Negotiation
  • Hotel Management
  • Asset Management
  • Venture Management
  • Design Services and Construction Management

We are acquiring deals that have the following characteristics:

Geography: Major markets with significant growth potential including, but not limited to, New York, Washington D.C., Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego

Type of Asset: Full service/upscale and limited service hotels

Property Condition: Opportunities for major renovations and repositioning

Operating Performance: Underperforming assets, due to unfocused asset management and/or opportunities to bring in NVHG management

In addition to its own funds, NVHG has access to capital from various sources, including opportunity funds, pension funds and high net worth individuals.
