Brent McLean – Partner

brent-mcleanBrent McLean oversees Northview Performance Marketing – a branding and digital agency providing sales, marketing, and revenue maximization services to the entire collection of Northview properties – and the firm’s real estate brokerages at Madeline Hotel & Residences, Brasada Ranch, and Eagle Crest Resort. Under his stewardship, Northview Hotels and Resorts has realized dominant top-line revenue and real estate volume market share.

Mr. McLean is a veteran of the hospitality and resort real estate industries. Prior to joining Northview in February 2011, Mr. McLean was with Newport Beach, California-based Tarsadia Hotels, where he served as Vice President of Business Development and Director of Marketing for Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. Prior to Tarsadia, Mr. McLean was Senior Director with Playground Destination Properties, an Intrawest Company, where he oversaw $500mm in real estate sales over 4 years. In 2006, Mr. McLean led the sale and close of 420 condominiums (with gross sales of $200mm) at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego. In 2004, Mr. McLean led the successful turnaround of Intrawest’s Snowshoe Mountain Resort in West Virginia, increasing sales from $5mm to $100mm in 12 months. Mr. McLean also has experience as a Business Development Consultant with The Carnegie Club, a private real estate group based in London, England, and as Director of Sales and Marketing at Squaw Valley Ski Corporation in Lake Tahoe, California.

Mr. McLean has a BA from Colby College and an MBA from Columbia University Business School.
