Matt Trevenen

Mr. Trevenen is responsible for Northview Hotel Group’s new business development, financial analysis of existing and new deals, and the coordination of all aspects of Northview Hotel Group’s business. He has conducted site evaluations, feasibility studies, rebranding analyses and asset valuations for numerous hotel, resort and mixed use real estate projects in the United States and abroad and was instrumental in the sourcing, and subsequent underwriting for the acquisition of Hawks Cay Resort. Prior to joining Northview Hotel Group in early 2006, Mr. Trevenen was a financial analyst at Lehman Brothers, specializing in fixed income derivative products. Mr. Trevenen was previously a professional Major League Lacrosse Player, playing for two years for the New Jersey Pride.
Mr. Trevenen holds an MMH degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and a BA from Princeton University.
