The Jekyll Island Club was one of the country’s most exclusive winter retreats from 1888 until 1947. The property was restored and reopened in 1985 by LNWA, which become our partner 20 years later. Our teams executed a $50 million renovation, including a new waterfront restaurant, renovations throughout the Club’s 157 guestrooms and cottages, and the design and development of the oceanfront, all-suite Jekyll Ocean Club. During our tenure, the resort was firmly re-established as one of the country’s finest escapes.
